Behind the Scenes with Paula Dawn - One of the most famous Soul Cycle instructors in SF and one hell of a BABE.
The first time I met Paula was on set for a fitness shoot. And when I Instagramed her (running the Lyon Street stairs like 10 times for this shot), immediately my iphone flooded with texts and direct messages about how f*cking amazing she apparently is. SHE IS.
Paula is a fitness entrepreneur so to speak. And it's rare you meet a woman who cares THIS MUCH about her clients. While still protecting the privacy of her "fans" (she's seriously a therapist on wheels) she gave some examples of how touched she is about her work. It's obvious she understands she's more than a fitness coach to some of these women. For a woman brushing 30 she's emotionally going on 130. Although I have NEVER STEPPED FOOT ONTO A SOUL C.Y.C.L.E. I'm motivated to watch her work (aka get my ass into spandex and onto a bike). Plus I want to feel this magnetism she seems to evoke.
ON THAT NOTE here are some magnetic images from our recent shoot (I'm obsessed). I can't give away too many. You'll have to check them out on her beautiful Instagram.
Amazing images from the shoot
And not so serious moments
She's the best you'll ever have. Sign up for her class here:
